Star Trek: First Contact

I've been looking forward to this one for the entire series. I'm a huge Star Trek nerd, and First Contact is a highlight of the franchise.  It was great to revisit this classic entry, just to see if it holds up.  Trav and Sean are sci-fi fans, so I also enjoyed their insights.  Best of all:  Tay is a newcomer to Trek, and he has some...colorful opinions.

To pair with this flick, we're sticking with our theme of summertime wines.  That means lots of whites and rosés--anything you can chill is essential.  Although, I do plan on mixing in two chillable reds really soon.

For this bottle, we enjoy Vielles Vignes--an Auxerrois from the Alsace region of France.  It's an uncommon white grape from an incredible region.  To learn more, click here!
