While we’re talking about the City by the Bay, the boys and I drink a cocktail that’s long been a local favorite. It’s called a Boothby, and here’s a little more info:1 oz. Bourbon1 oz. Sweet Vermouth2 dashes bittersPour over ice in a cocktail shaker, serve over ice.Top it with a splash of dry bubbly.Garnish with a cherry if you like!
