Our Trilogy Series continues with The Empire Strikes Back! Many hold this up as the greatest sequel ever made, but that sells it short. This is one of the greatest movies ever made, sequel or not. I have a list of 25 perfect movies, and this is one of them. To pair with this perfect movie, we drink a delicious California Cabernet. It's a bold, darker wine to go with a bold and darker sequel.
